1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of homesgravity.com, run by Homes Gravity, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this website

The content on this website, including examples, demonstrations and descriptions of services, is for general information. Interactive demos show how systems can work and are not live data from a real home. Prices, features and timelines for your home are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Projects, partners and guarantee

Smart home systems are installed by certified Homes Gravity partners. Homes Gravity designs the solution, supplies products and software, and keeps quality control over the work. The scope, price, guarantee and support for each project are set out in the agreement for that project, which takes priority over anything on this website.

4. The Homes Gravity app

The Homes Gravity app is coming soon. Its features may change before launch, and its use will be covered by its own terms when it becomes available.

5. Partners and bulk orders

Partner program benefits, partner pricing and bulk supply are offered under separate written agreements with approved partners. Information on the partner page is a summary only.

6. Using the website

You agree not to:

  • Send false information or someone else's details through our forms
  • Try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website
  • Use the website to send spam or harmful content
  • Copy the website or its content for commercial use without permission

7. Intellectual property

The Homes Gravity name, logo, website design, text, graphics and code belong to Homes Gravity or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal use. Any other use needs our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Homes Gravity is not liable for losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under a project agreement.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dubai, unless a project agreement says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
